took time out to be interested in us, always greeted us by name and with offer of coffee or tea. Not arrogant like city dealers were. We are fussy customers and like to take our time to make up our mind, Adam was mindful of this and his manner was much more helpful than our experience with city dealerships.

The dealership was extremely knowledgeable, polite, efficient and very helpful. The staff are a credit to their employer. Information was given freely and honestly in helping me to decide which car to buy and why. There was no pressure involved and it was no trouble at all to keep the dealership open for me to go for a test drive close to closing time. Gary the service manager gave us expert advice on running our Camry correctly, the best part was that he did not rush through this advice, he took the time to explain things to us and told us things that we did not know about correct tyre pressure. We feel that he is a great asset to Goulburn Toyota.

Jeremy did his best to source additions to the vehicle that I required that were outside the Toyota range. He matched the quotes given by other Toyota dealers in the area and also gave me the trade in value that I requested for my existing vehicle. He constantly kept me updated on what was happening, and ensured that my vehicle was ready prior to the expiry of my existing vehicle lease/rego/insurance.
